Shipping & Processing Time

  • Order Processing: We understand you want your fragrance as soon as possible. We typically process and ship orders the same day or the next business day.

  • Delivery Timeline: Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive.

  • Carrier Delays: Please note that delivery times are estimates. Occasionally, transit times may increase due to carrier delays or peak seasons, which are beyond our control.

  • Customer Support: If any unexpected issue or update arises regarding your shipment, we will contact you directly via email or phone to keep you informed.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

All sales are generally final. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind, or if you do not like the scent after opening or testing the product. Once a fragrance is sprayed or its original packaging is opened, it cannot be resold.

Exceptions: We want you to have a great experience, so we may grant an exception for a return or exchange under the following strict conditions:

  • The item must be completely unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging (including cellophane wrap).

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 business days of receiving your delivery.

Return Shipping Costs & Refunds

  • Buyer Responsibility: If an exception is approved, any shipping costs incurred to return the product to our facility are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are strictly non-refundable. If a refund is applied, it will only be for the cost of the product, less the original shipping cost.

  • Undelivered Packages: Shipping costs are also non-refundable for any packages returned to us as undelivered, unclaimed, or refused by the recipient, unless the return is due to a direct error on our part.
